Everything you need to know about how we handle, process, and deliver your shipments worldwide.
Prime Parcels LLC ("Prime Parcels," "we," "us," or "our") provides domestic and international shipping services across 180+ countries. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Shipping Terms and Conditions in full.
All shipments are subject to carrier acceptance, applicable laws and regulations of origin and destination countries, and compliance with our Prohibited Items policy. Prime Parcels reserves the right to refuse any shipment that violates these terms.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the following factors and billed at the time of booking confirmation:
| Service Type | Transit Time | Starting Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Domestic Express | 1–2 business days | From $18.99 |
| Domestic Standard | 3–5 business days | From $8.99 |
| International Express | 2–5 business days | From $42.00 |
| International Standard | 7–14 business days | From $24.00 |
| Ocean Freight (LCL) | 14–45 days | From $0.12/kg |
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless explicitly labeled as a "Guaranteed Service" at time of booking. Delivery times begin from the first business day after pickup.
Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather events, carrier capacity, or force majeure events beyond our control.
The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment via Prime Parcels under any circumstances:
Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances without proper authorization
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons without proper federal licensing
Hazardous materials not properly declared, classified, and packaged per IATA/DOT
Currency, coins, negotiable instruments, and precious metals above $2,500
Live animals without specific prior arrangement, health certificates, and approval
Radioactive materials, poisons, and infectious substances without authorization
Loose precious gems, jewelry above $10,000 in value without declared coverage
Perishable food without appropriate cold-chain packaging and documentation
Shipments found to contain prohibited items may be seized, returned, or destroyed. The shipper will be liable for all costs, fines, and legal consequences arising from prohibited shipments.
For all international shipments, the shipper is solely responsible for ensuring complete and accurate customs documentation. This includes commercial invoices, packing lists, country of origin certificates, and any required permits or licenses.
Prime Parcels provides customs brokerage services upon request for an additional fee. Without this service, the shipper or recipient is responsible for customs clearance. Prime Parcels is not liable for delays, seizures, or costs caused by customs authorities.
All items must be appropriately packaged to withstand the normal rigors of transportation. Prime Parcels reserves the right to refuse or repackage (at the shipper's expense) any shipment that is inadequately packaged.
All Prime Parcels shipments include basic carrier liability coverage up to $100 USD at no additional cost. For higher-value shipments, additional insurance is strongly recommended.
While we strive for 99.6% on-time delivery, delays can occur due to factors including but not limited to: severe weather events, customs holds, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Prime Parcels is not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from late delivery unless a Guaranteed Service was purchased and the delay was caused by our direct fault. In such cases, a shipping fee refund will be issued per our service guarantee terms.
Address corrections requested after a shipment has been tendered to a carrier may incur additional fees (typically $15–$35 per correction). Delivery attempts to incorrect addresses may result in package returns at the shipper's expense.
